Privacy Consent Form

We require specific privacy permission for providing our services and products to you and, if applicable, your employer. Please tick your wishes, sign the form and submit it to PIEK

  • If you have opted for IPC certification, IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries, Bannockburn, IL, USA - needs your data to register and create the certificate(s). I authorize PIEK to transfer a copy of my personal data to IPC.
  • Obtained certificates contain personal information such as your name and date of birth. PIEK needs your permission to provide these certificates to its client / your employer. I authorize PIEK to transfer the certificates to its client / my employer.
  • PIEK sends you a reminder before your certificate expires. I would like to receive reminders via the PIEK reminder service.
  • PIEK sends mail shots about various subjects. Please make your choice from the topics below by ticking those that you want to subscribe to.
  • During training sessions (group) photos are taken. The trainer gives you the opportunity not to be photographed. Photos are placed on the gallery page of the PIEK website, and some photos are used for marketing purposes such as brochures. I give permission for photographs taken during training, in which I am visible, to be used by PIEK for marketing purposes.
